We're HIRING! OPERATIONS DIRECTOR, DUBAI (MUST HAVE 10+ YEARS IN BULK GAS OPERSATIONS):- We currently represent one of the regions largest manufacturers & distributors of gasses across the region in their search for a dedicated and highly experienced Operations Director to join the team in Dubai.

The successful candidate will oversee bulk operations, production, and reliability across several plants, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective performance. The role ensures compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements, while building a strong team focused on safety, quality and continuous improvement.

He/she will also be tasked to mentor site operations managers and prepare them for future leadership roles. Set clear performance objectives, conduct regular reviews, and lead capability development initiatives, whilst fostering a strong safety-first culture in all operational teams.

Furthermore, applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Master’s degree is a plus, 10-15 years in bulk gas operations, plant management, leadership within industrial gases operation and a proven ability to lead multi-site operations and manage large operation teams.
